Psychological Counselor/Life Coach Practitioner

I used to observe small things and wonder how these things matter so much in life. For example, the door’s lock is small but it handles the whole solid door, the key is small yet it protects the whole security of the property, the pen is small but it can create a revolution, the matchstick is small but it can create the massive creation & destruction and so on.

In the course of the journey of life, I became to think about the importance of small actions and its’ consequences in life. Fortunately a few weeks ago, I happened to read a book The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy. Many of us probably talk a lot, but do less. Hardy says that small action taken on a daily basis result in a much larger outcome.

Think of it like you’re building a snowman. You start with a small snowball, right?

Then eventually, you roll that small snowball into a bigger one.

Once you continue rolling it against more snow, you finally have the base of your snowman!

Then the same thing happens when it comes to your goals. Small actions, taken NOW will add up to a larger and greater outcome.

Ask yourself “What can I do today to help move me even an inch closer to my goals, and dreams?

And the most important step? Do it!

Start taking those small steps and watch them eventually turn dreams into a reality.

Remember! Negative Actions result Negative Consequences and Positive Actions create Positive Consequences. Achievement is not about luck; it’s really a science. Sure, everyone is different, but the same laws of success always apply. You reap what you sow; you can’t get out of life what you are not willing to put into it.

Small, smart choices+ Consistency + Time = Radical Difference

Take the action. Let’s Walk the Talk.

Pradip Parajuli

I am Pradip Parajuli. I have been in helping profession since 13 years. To tell the truth, I am a new Life Coach practitioner. Yet prior to becoming a Life Coach, I spent 5 years working as a Counselor; and before that I used to work as a Social Worker and Program Manager in a reputed International Non-governmental Organization. I am practicing Counseling as well as Life Coaching. From the get-go, I loved life coaching. As I kept going and trained in Counseling, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching (Beginner to Advanced), my belief that I had found my niche in life was cemented. That niche is to help people get unstuck and find more purpose and enjoyment in their lives.
I genuinely do understand when clients say they’re looking for a change, but don’t know what it is yet or how to achieve it. Because I have been there, done that and thankfully was lucky enough to walk away to now be doing a job where I never have to think “Thank God it’s Friday (TGIF).”
