Pause for a moment and answer the question, “What are you grateful for?”

Perhaps it is hard for you to answer. If you are reading this blog, it means you have more knowledge than millions of other people in the world. Seriously, you do. Perhaps you are reading it on your mobile, laptop, computer, and so on. Also, you have access to the internet; which millions of people in the world are deprived of. There are numerous people in the world who haven’t touched a computer yet.

We are fortunate to have so many things in our life that we need to be grateful for. Learn to appreciate what you have and create an abundance mindset. It is our human nature to be envious of other people. Though we are living in a competitive world, I would like you to reflect on and feel grateful for the things that you have. You can write it as well.  Even simple things like, “I am thankful for clean water, my job, my beloved wife,” will relish good experiences. What I believe is that appreciating our current situation helps our future become more balanced, too. My teacher once said, “If you don’t appreciate the little things in your life, you won’t be happy.”

Pradip Parajuli

I am Pradip Parajuli. I have been in helping profession since 13 years. To tell the truth, I am a new Life Coach practitioner. Yet prior to becoming a Life Coach, I spent 5 years working as a Counselor; and before that I used to work as a Social Worker and Program Manager in a reputed International Non-governmental Organization. I am practicing Counseling as well as Life Coaching. From the get-go, I loved life coaching. As I kept going and trained in Counseling, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching (Beginner to Advanced), my belief that I had found my niche in life was cemented. That niche is to help people get unstuck and find more purpose and enjoyment in their lives.
I genuinely do understand when clients say they’re looking for a change, but don’t know what it is yet or how to achieve it. Because I have been there, done that and thankfully was lucky enough to walk away to now be doing a job where I never have to think “Thank God it’s Friday (TGIF).”
